Wound packing simulators are always quite expensive, as it’s a very niche, yet important need. This is cheap as they go, and yet came with impressive quality, including rather realistic blood pumping system that adds a lot of pressure to trainees. The quality of the materials feels good, and everything looks more realistic than even more expensive options. Being covered by cloth you have to carefully remove is another thing many kits don’t offer, and adds a layer of realism. If you want to train essential skills, or experience the intense situation of treating a wound, this is a good set.
