The IV injection arm is life casting production and 1:1 replica of human arm. Silicone skin highly simulates real skin texture and it’s accurate representation of human skin thickness. The position of the veins is anatomically accurate, providing venous access to Basilic V., Cephalic V., Median Cubital V.,Dorsal Metacarpal V.. The veins are palpable but not protruding. This is a super way to learn the ins and out of IV Injection and blood drawing. This is a great way to start as it gets you familiar with the human anatomy of venipuncture and IV insertion! This is a very well made and as close to the real deal as you can get and the price was phenomenal.

This training dummy is pretty thorough in terms of what it provides. You can teach a whole class with one of these, or practice your technique at home before going in for practicals. The unit accepts fake blood for realistic functionality, and it definitely helps to make one accustomed to the movements and the procedure. It’s a good comprehensive kit, I’m actually surprised how functional it is.

Purchased for additional practice studying for MA for venipuncture and injections. Please follow the directions, it is easy to set up and works without leaking. I wish there was a way to purchase additional supplies easier.
